This is a Full and Open competitive action.BACKGROUND INFORMATIONThe NIST-Boulder Helium Liquefaction Facility provides helium gas recovery and liquefaction for a large portion of the NIST-Boulder research community. The facility provides 15,000-20,000 liters of liquid helium per year.
Efficiency: Streamlines acid recovery and reduces greenhouse gas emissions associated with chemical processes. Environmental Sustainability: Reduces wastewater discharge and conserves resources. Cost-Effectiveness: Recapturing acids can save hundreds of dollars per m3 treated.[RB3] Versatility: Applicable across multiple industries, from mineral processing to biomass production.
SPECIFICATIONS AND CONDITIONS: The Contractor is responsible for making all the necessary arrangements with the utility companies for the disconnection of service and the removal and recovery by them of any electric meters, gas meters, telephones, or any other utility facilities owned by the utility companies and for paying all costs or fees charged by them.
