And will include, but not limited to: New Cooling Tower Fill, Louvers, Tower Supports and Brackets, Makeup Fill Valves, Nozzles, Basin Heaters, Vibration Switches, and Repair or Replacement of the Structural Components of load bearing nature associated with Cooling Towers - Motor Supports, and Gear Box Supports if needed. Disposal of removed materials.

Master Lift Station components: bar screens, washer/compactor, gate, plug valves, and header pipe coating. c. Secondary clarifiers and clarifier splitter box structures. d. Replacement of clarifier gear boxes and drive assemblies. e. Oxidation ditch patching and painting. f. Compliance building structure: door and door hardware, paint, slab, awning. g. Analyzers and trough relocation to the outside wall of the Compliance building. h.

Acquisition Background: This procurement action is for a firm fixed-price supply contract for the fabrication and delivery for one (1) set of replacement components associated with the lower miter gate operating machinery. The contractor is responsible for providing replacement components under this supply contract which are:a. Sector Gear: Required one (1)b. Pinion Gear: Required one (1)c. Gear Bushing: Required two (2)d.

The scope of routine repair includes repair and/or replacement of electrical components, replacement of broken mechanical equipment (including span brakes/locks and gear reducers), replacement of drive motors, and replacement of broken traffic barriers. All exterior replacements of broken equipment will be like-for-like, in-kind replacements.
