This requirement is for a single contract (no options) for the Supply of 3 each GEM electric vehicles. All interested companies shall provide offers for the GEM vehicles with exact specifications as listed in the SOW.

The Coatesville VA Medical Center currently has a Polaris GEMS E4. The vehicle has reached its life expectancy. Therefore, the Coatesville VA Medical Center needs to replace it in order to maintain patient safety and continue the required care for the Veterans and campus.

These vehicles require periodic maintenance, parts replacements, and repairs on an ongoing basis. Their current location is the County’s Transfer Station in Derwood. The County may add more vehicles to its current fleet and/or have the vehicles at one or more other locations. The County intends to enter a contract with one qualified Contractor that must provide parts, maintenance, service, and repairs for GEM electric vehicles.
