Qualification for General Dentists: Shall be a graduate of an accredited dental school approved by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA) with either a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.

Scope of Services: The lab services to be provided shall include but are not limited to the following: • Fabrication of crowns, bridges, and other fixed prosthetics, • production of removable dentures and partial dentures. • Provision of implant-supported restorations. • Fabrication of orthodontic appliances. • Repair and maintenance of existing prosthetics. • Digital impressions and design capabilities.
