SCOPE OF PROJECT GENERAL CONCRETE WORK The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials to install and restore concrete for sidewalks, ramps, curb and gutter, trails, amenities pads, etc. in all SCP+R parklands and other county properties upon request. The work may also include removal of existing concrete as necessary. NOTE: This solicitation is for general concrete work.

: 4/10/2024 3:49 pm Solicitation Description: Williamson County is seeking qualified companies to provide general roadway cast-in-place concrete work (material and labor) in accordance with Items 421, 423, 432, 465, 466, 467, 496, 529, and 531 of the Texas Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications for Construction and Maintenance of Highways, Streets and Bridges 2014.

The project is for the supply and installation of top works for new and existing roadways within Stages I and II of the Lawrence Heights Revitalization plans – Northeast District (see the General Plans).

The Work in general consists of concrete maintenance work and other such items of work as are required to complete the Project in accordance with this Contract, the Project Plans and Technical Specifications.

The work includes concrete sidewalks, top asphalt for the municipal roads, concrete pavers sidewalk intersection ramping, depress curb, disposal of all excess material off site and landscaping and the installation of Low Impact Development (LID) facilities along Green Gardens Boulevard.
