The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is toinvite proposals from qualified firms to establish a consultant contract for a period of up to four years to provide professional city planning services for the Planning Division. Through this process, the City aims to award two types of On-Call contracts that cover both (1) Environmental Services and (2) As-Needed General Planning Services.
