The purpose of this Market Research is to identify potential sources that have the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities required to manufacture and deliver Third Generation Forward Looking Infrared (3GEN FLIR) B-Kits under a Full Rate Production (FRP) contract. The 3GEN FLIR program is currently in the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) Phase of the Acquisition Life Cycle. 

Second Generation Forward Looking Infrared (2GF) Thermal Receiver Unit (TRU), specific B-Kit components, and spare components.  The Government will only consider sources that can deliver all components on attachment 001.  SEE ATTACHMENT 001 FOR A COMPLETE PARTS LIST.2.    Repair/refurbish of TRUs, TRU Subcomponents, and CCAs stated in #1 above.3.

The purpose of this Market Research is to identify potential sources that have the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities required to manufacture and deliver Third Generation Forward Looking Infrared (3GEN FLIR) Dual Band Infrared Dewar Cooler Bench (DCB) under Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) and Full Rate Production (FRP) contracts. 

The purpose of this Market Research is to identify potential sources that have the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities required to manufacture and deliver the following Horizontal Technology Integration (HTI) Second Generation Forward Looking Infrared (2GF) Components. The Government anticipates procuring a total of approximately 500 Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) ~1,200 CCAs per year as an aggregate of the listed CCAs.
