The current website is maintained by the CB, which oversees website projects and content management, with support from a contractor for content, design, web development and content management as well as software and security upgrades and updates, and from NCATS’ Information Technology Resources Branch (ITRB), which is responsible for the operating system(s), databases, server and the security infrastructure.The CB does not manage or maintain NCATS

The ultimate success of the project will result in an updated website design and functionality which includes the next generation of multichannel, responsive, people-centric online experiences.

Vendor will provide the University the reports or other documentation resulting from the audits, certifications, scans and tests within five (5) business days of Vendor’s generation or receipt of such results.

For those foreign end products that do not consist wholly or predominantly of iron or steel or a combination of both, the Offeror shall also indicate whether these foreign end products exceed 55 percent domestic content, except for those that are COTS items.
