The Reference Laboratory must provide 95% of the required testing inhouse and not outsourced to other subcontracted Reference Laboratories. All subcontracted Reference Laboratories are subject to the requirements outlined above. The Contractor shall provide timely (defined by the minimum and maximum turnaround times detailed in the description of requirements) and appropriate testing of patient specimens as requested by STVHCS facilities.
