The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 is seeking sources for the following procurement: Specialized Genetic Reference Laboratory Testing; Contractor shall provide Specialized Genetic Reference Laboratory Testing Services to the VA, VA South Texas Health Care System (STVHCS), in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
This requirement is for providing Specialized Genetic Reference Laboratory Testing Services (IDIQ), for the South Texas Veterans Health Care System, 7400 Merton Minter Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78229. The anticipated base Period of Performance for the service is approximately 12 January 2022 11 January 2023. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico intends to negotiate four sole-source Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with State of New Mexico, Rehoboth McKinley Christian Healthcare, Esoterix Genetic Laboratories, and Tricore Reference Laboratories for various diagnostic and esoteric laboratory testing.
The tests being requested are listed in detail in Specialty Genetic Testing CPT. The reference laboratory testing services are required for the South Texas Veterans Healthcare System Laboratory at 7400 Merton Minter, Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78229.
