The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to InfoMine The Northern Miner Group - Glacier Resource Innovation Group, 100 N Mullan Rd Ste 102, Spokane Valley, Washington 99206, for mining data to support ongoing GEOINT analysis related to critical minerals and supply chain analysis, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 and utilizing FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, procedures

The procurement is for SOURCE COMMERCIAL GEOINT ASSESSMENTS functions at NGA Campus East (NCE) and NGA Campus West (NCW). This effort will provide NGA with data access to conduct data-centric electric vehicle analysis with a specific focus on China Strategic Competition and monitor supply changing, address critical raw material dependency and develop a blueprint to protect the strategic interests of the U.S. automotive and energy industry.

NGC is seeking information from the interested contractors on providing GEOINT analysis subject matter experts to instruct classes, support new course development, and support course audits / maintenance.This RFI is an opportunity for industry to assist in further refining NGC's potential contracting approaches for a consolidated GEOINT Tradecraft Learning Program (GTLP). 

This task also contains an option to incorporate commercial mobile analytics and commercial RF (radio frequency) sources to refine and provide additional information to the imagery derived detections.4) Share Open GEOINT analysis tradecraft practices and support tradecraft exchanges with designated U.S. Government agencies.
