SCOPE: In accordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter §2269 Subchapter D, Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, and Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC), TFC is soliciting proposals for construction of a shared Boardroom in the George HW Bush Building, 1801 Congress, Austin, Texas. The shared Boardroom is located on the 4 th floor of the Bush Building.

SITE VISIT: Immediately following the conclusion of the Pre-Proposal conference, we will proceed to the George H.W. Bush Building to conduct a site visit. The site visits will be held on Tuesday, January 17th at 11:00 AM and Wednesday, January 18th at 11:00 AM. Site visits are optional. TFC is using the eProcurement system Bonfire. Respondents must register for a Bonfire account (No Charge) to submit a response.

The George H W Bush State Office Building is a six hundred thirty thousand (630,000) square foot fourteen (14) story office building with a five-level underground parking garage and eight levels of above grad parking. The building is located between 18th Street and MLK Jr.

The PLACE OF PERFORMANCE is: USS GEORGE HW BUSH (CVN-77) supplies will be shipped to the address in the PWS prior to the event. FOB Destination will be used.
