The Government will not pay for any information solicited.The VHA Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is conducting a market survey to find qualified vendors who can provide the following items:Getinge 8668 Washer-Disinfector, 3-Level Wash Cart, 4-Level Wash Cart, 86/88 Series Auto Unloading Conveyor, SMART Transport Trolley, and installation.All responses shall be submitted no later than 2:00 PM EST on Tuesday, January 29, 2019.
This emergency procurement is for a replacement Getinge Washer Disinfector. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339113. The Washer Disinfector is used daily for patient sample testing. This equipment must be replaced immediately to avoid severely affecting patient care. The OEM has authorized only Trillamed, LLC as its distributor for this equipment. The anticipated award date: January 04, 2024.
Purpose and Objectives: The VISN 02, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, is issuing a notice of intent to pursue a non-competitive procurement with Trillamed, for a Getinge Single Door Washer-Disinfector for the Albany VA Medical Center Research and Development Department. Trillamed is the authorized SDVOSB distributor for Getinge USA Sales, LLC.
This combined synopsis/solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract for an Under-Counter Laboratory Glassware Washer-Disinfector for use in ongoing laboratory operations at the USDA National Laboratory for Agriculture and the Environment (NLAE) facility in Ames IA. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used for this requirement per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW 38 U.S.C. 8128 and VAAR 819.7007, an open market contract to a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small-Business, TrillaMed, 30100 Telegraph Road, Bingham Farms, Michigan, 48025-4514 as a responsible source to provide the above items.
