The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Acquisition Management Division intends to negotiate with Next Phase Measurements, LLC located in Garden Grove, California on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source, for a 50 GHz Distributed RF Subsystem.

The waveforms developed should not interfere with other aircraft subsystems inside the aircraft or other systems over RF. Existing systems are based on hardware designs that operate a single waveform and any updates/modernization requires replacing hardware.

These commands will be processed and distributed to the appropriate devices. The camera controller will use non-volatile memory to store the required information for presets, camera ID, and sector text.
