NASA/AFRC has a requirement for the Global Hawk Skyrange Program Demonstration Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technical Support. The contractor shall perform engineering, manufacturing, and technical support services in support of the operation and maintenance and required modifications to the Global Hawk air vehicles, Ground Control Stations, Ground Support Equipment, and spares/repairs.

As the Global Hawk system nears the end of its production and deployment phase, the Global Hawk Program Office anticipates follow-on modernization and sustainment efforts. Modernization activities could include, but are not limited to, development for future modifications and/or upgrades to the Global Hawk air vehicle, ground segment, communications segment, payloads, and support systems.
