The place of performance shall be at the awarded contactors shipyard not more than 250 Nautical Miles from the vessels home port of 166 Water Street, Woods Hole, MA 02543.
Procurement is for the removing and replacing the drum net assembly onboard the NOAA/NMFS/NEFSC research vessel Gloria Michelle. The maintenance will be conducted in accordance with NOAA Standar Specification MOC-631-2D “Coating Sstem for Steel Surfaces” and associated statement of work. This maintenance is required to increase the life cycle of the vessel by upgrading major mission components.
