The project is a new 3,700 sf golf clubhouse with 2,030 sf covered porch located northeast of the existing intramural fields. The building structure will be a weld-up steel structure and will be faced with insulated metal panels attached to a cold formed framing wall system, and a metal roof. Windows and doors will be a combination of hollow metal frames, and aluminum storefront. Golf bay and event deck doors will be electrified OH quad doors.
