The Isolation Gowns must be AAMI Level 2, Disposable, meet ASTM F3352-19 Standard Specification for Isolation Gowns Intended for Use in Healthcare, and meet additional technical specifications. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-3 paragraphs (a)(2)(i) and (b)(1)(iv)(A), this action will be limited to manufacturers providing products manufactured within the United States or its outlying areas.

Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), has a requirement for 75,200,000 ANSI/AAMI PB70 Level 2 Isolation Gowns, plus an optional quantity of 150,400,000 Level 2 Isolation Gowns. See Section B- SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS.b. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions.

Amendment 0006 is hereby published to extend the offer due date to Tuesday, November 22, 2022, by 1:00PM Eastern Time.    In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(b)(9) acknowledgment of solicitation amendments is required. Attached to this amendment 0006 is Standard Form 30.

The solicitation document for RFP 75A50322R00008 dated June 28, 2022, indicating a proposal due date of July 22,2022, is hereby superseded in its entirety by the attached RFP 75A50322R00008, Amendment 0005 dated November  1, 2022, indicating a  proposal due date of November 17, 2022.  Offerors are directed to use the RFP attached to this amendment for their response to this solicitation.
