This pond is a small dry pond located in Little Lake Park, the following is a general description of the Work to be completed under the Contract:.01 Initial site work including sediment and erosion controls;.02 All works required to complete remediation works and sediment removals.03 Remove and replace fencing and gates.04 Remove and replace existing culvert.05 Fine grade, topsoil, sod, and seed as required;.06 Clean-up and Demobilization .07 Bid
Fill will be brought within 6 inches of existing grade 5. Suitable topsoil will be used to bring the site to existing grade. Borrow soils used for the purposes other than for structural fill, such as finish grade, topsoil or surcharge, are required to be tested in the same manner for environmental contaminates. Contractor will inform District of the location of borrow soil no less than two weeks prior to its use on District property. Testing will include the collection of not less than three samples per borrow site.
