The contractor shall develop, implement, and maintain an accredited graduate-level course designed to provide the educational foundation required for the spouses of Brigade Commanders and CSMs to be effective as members of the command team at the senior levels of our Army. This is a non-personal services contract to provide instruction for the spouses of Brigade Commander and Brigade Command Sergeant Major designees.

This requirement is for graduate level distance learning courses in fire and explosives related forensic science leading to the issuance of a Graduate Certificate or Certificate of Completion by a fully accredited college/university in support of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) arson and explosives training programs. 

A summary of the company’s relevant past experience; to include a minimum of three references in providing the same or similar the Graduate Level Distance Learning Courses as those required in the attached DRAFT SOW during the past three years, including any on-going contracts.
