Project Description and RequirementsThe Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) Center for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (CQuIPS) subdivision of General Patient Safety (GPS) has approximately 500 grant final progress reports. These reports will be posted on the AHRQ website to make them publicly available.

The successful firm will provide final design phase services, construction phase services, and other related services and assistance for the Lynchburg Creek Flood Mitigation grant project FMA-PJ-06-TX-2019-005. The project must comply with the standards set forth in FEMA’s Flood Mitigation Grant program.
The Council then must publish notice of its intent to approve the lease with the winning bidder and hold a public hearing before it may grant final approval to the lease. Within 20 days of the Notice of Award, the successful bidder will be required to execute a “Municipal Hangar Lease Agreement.” A copy of the form lease is available from the Transportation Director.
SCDD is entering the Cycle 47 grant period as part of its 2024-25 State Plan work. The Council has allocated a total of $300,000 to fund Cycle 47 projects in one or more of the following proposed topic areas: Health (Tribal), Self-Advocacy (Plain Language), and Self-Advocacy (Isolation). The Council understands that the final list of approved grant projects may not address all three (3) of the targeted topic areas.
Licensures (where applicable)The City of Williamsburg reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals, and to grant final acceptance to the proposal that best meets the need and interests of the City, as determined by the City in its sole discretion. The City will be the sole judge of whether a proposal meets the required criteria and review by City staff.
