It is the intention of Education Service Center, Region 2 to help develop and improve literacy skills for children from birth through K12 by renovating existing libraries for LEA's in our region. Statement of Work. The ESC-2 intends to establish contract(s) for the remodel of 17 libraries. The awarded vendors shall be the manufacturer or a fully authorized dealer/distributor for any of the services it proposes.
