REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS ARP Grants Management, Accounting and Compliance Services Introduction The City of Reading, Pennsylvania is seeking proposals from qualified Consulting Firms services related to federal grants administration, accounting and compliance serves for the American Recovery Plan (ARP) and related funding.
Identify how the grants management software solution improves management of the entire grant process from research to post-award functions and monitoring via automation and enhanced management reporting (i.e., win rates, grants by agency, grants by the funder, etc.).
Grant Program Management and Monitoring Materials: At least quarterly, written updates summarizing key communications with awardees, summaries of awardee programmatic and performance reports, and analyses of financial reporting compliance as outlined in Section 2.1.6.
