Projects shall not be eligible for the grant ifthey are designed to depend upon\nEAP LMI Community Solar Project designation provided for under Senate Bill\n270 (2022).\n\nT. Grantees must commit to seeking REC eligibility in New Hampshire for the\n\nproject, including but not limited to submitting a complete application for REC\neligibility to the Department.\n\n8. Only community solar PV projects are eligible for funding under this RFP.\n\n9.
\n\nAll grant awards are contingent upon final grant agreement approval by the\nGovernor and Executive Council.\n\nB.

Affordable Solar and Storage Predevelopment and Technical Assistance (PON 3414) Due Date: 12/31/2024 Affordable Solar and Storage Predevelopment and Technical Assistance will provide grants to address barriers to solar installations serving low-to-moderate income (LMI) households living in rental housing, multifamily buildings, or other households not served by traditional onsite residential solar.
Funding to proposals through this solicitation will offset costs for predevelopment and technical assistance work needed to implement solar installations for multifamily affordable housing and/or shared solar (Community Distributed Generation) installations that benefit LMI households.
