The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price, 100% small business set-aside contract to procure:HONEYWELL TV/MUGR MULTITREND GRAPHICAL RECORDERSCREEN DESIGNER SOFTWARE To be delivered to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. In addition, the procurement will be sourced together. Award will be based on lowest-price, technically acceptable.
The requirement is to provide engineering services to the Air Traffic Organization (ATO) - Terminal Second Level Engineering (TSLE) with FAA Inter-facility Radar Simulator (FIRS), Simulation Driver Radar Recorder (SDRR) and Graphical Scenario Generation Tool (GSGT) and other products that are proprietary including all enhancements, new requirements and maintenance of their products.
The enhancements and maintenance includes the servers and/or standalone processors, user licenses and training of Simulation Driver Radar Recorder (SDRR) Graphical Scenario Generation Tool (GSGT), Random Access Plan Position Indicators (RAPPI) Airspace Visual Display (AVID), Inter-facility Shadow (IFShadow) and JVN Flight Data Input/Output (JFDIO) platforms.
