The Project consists generally of the following major items: Installation of a meter base and necessary cabinetry to allow Duke Energy Progress to install a new electrical service adjacent to each tunnel location. Installation of the lighting components as specified in the bidding documents. Please note that the lighting components are standardized across all City of Raleigh Greenway Tunnel locations, so the specified components must be used.
