The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) has published responses to the industry feedback provided in response to the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) System Integration, Test, and Readiness (SITR) Program first Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP #1). These documents are not available for public release.  If you would like access to the restricted documents, please request through SAM.gov.

Purpose:The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is conducting market research for the Ground Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Program Ground Test Replan.  The information contained herein only initiates communication with industry in order to assess market potential. No solicitation document exists at this time. This Request for Information (RFI) constitutes no Government obligation to procure these items or issue a solicitation.

Approved for Public Release 21-MDA-11035 (21 Dec 21)The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is issuing this Request For Proposal (RFP) for the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) System Integration, Test, and Readiness (SITR) Program.  The SITR contractor will be responsible for integration and testing of an integrated weapon system to include the Next Generation Interceptor, GMD Weapon System, and In-Service Fleet. 

No changes to content or intent.The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is issuing this draft Request For Proposal (RFP) for the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) System Integration, Test, and Readiness (SITR) Program.  This release is one of two planned DRAFT RFP releases prior to Final RFP release. 

In accordance with the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) System Integration, Test, and Readiness (SITR) Program Solicitation Section L-1.4, the Government has amended portions of the GMD SITR Solicitation (Amendment 0001). All terms and conditions that are not amended remain unchanged. Interested offerors may only submit questions or comments regarding any aspect of Amendment 0001. See Section L-1.0 of the GMD SITR Solicitation.
