Solicitation W15QKN-20-Q-5108 is issued to procure Ground Services at:(A) Franklin USARC 1545 Airport Road Franklin, PA 16323.(B) Crawford County Memorial USARC 1151 Morgan Street Extension Meadville, PA 16335.Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation and other items necessary to provide ground services in accordance with the embedded Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide the requested grounds maintenance services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Attached is a DRAFT Performance Work Statement for planning purposes only and a Site Map of the place of performance. No solicitation documents exist at this time.
