Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District has a need for a Requirements Contract for Building and Grounds Maintenance Services at Youghiogheny River Lake. The Youghiogheny River Lake project is located on the border of Fayette and Somerset Counties, Pennsylvania and Garret County, Maryland. The dam is located on the Youghiogheny River, 74.2 miles upstream from its junction with the Monongahela River at McKeesport, PA.
Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District, has a need for a Requirements Contract for Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Services at Woodcock Creek Lake and Union City, Waterford PA. The Woodcock Creek Lake and Union City projects are located in Northwestern Pennsylvania (Crawford and Erie Counties).
Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Services at Woodcock Creek Lake (Saegertown, PA) and Union City Dam (Waterford, PA).
The Contractor will be responsible for: Providing all grounds maintenance and interment services including, but not limited to: maintenance of grounds, regular mowing, weed eating, blade edging, trimming, removal of leaves and debris, sweeping or blowing off roads and sidewalks, and trash removal. Services required include: Turf Maintenance: Proper turf fertilization & weed control, establishment of new turf on gravesites with sod.
Summary The Village of Lake in the Hills Public Works Department is accepting proposals for the Grounds Maintenance Service Contract. This is a joint contract with the Village of Cary. The specified weekly grass mowing and fertilization services are to be performed for the year 2018 mowing season, from approximately April 2, 2018 – November 3, 2018 (31 weeks). Optional Year (1) April 1, 2019 – November 2, 2019 (31 weeks).
