The 52nd Contracting Squadron (52 CONS) is conducting market research to determine interest in a firm-fixed type contract for Group Exercise Instructor of Aerobics and Indoor Cycle Classes in accordance with the attached Performance of Work Statement to be performed at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. The anticipated period of performance, assuming a contract is issued, in on/about 1 Dec 2020 for one Base year with 4 option years.
SOURCES Sought Only The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to instruct group exercise classes. Classes will be held at MacDill Air Force Base (AFB) Short Fitness Center.

Contractor shall provide certified group exercise instructors based on the Fitness Directors request IAW with the PWS. Please see attached Combo and PWS for more information.
Basic details about the requirement are as follows:The contractor will be responsible for operating a group exercise program with a minimum of 10 classes a week.
The response due date and time has been extended to 5 April 2021 at 1:00 PM Eastern.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (“synopsitation” hereafter), which is expected to result in award of a Blanket Purchase Agreement for a commercial service, i.e., Group Exercise Instruction as described under the attachment titled “Performance Work Statement”.
