The ATMS event management functionality shall be responsible for dynamically generating response plans that include the designation of recommended DMS, messages for those signs, notification messages and distribution groups, and activities related to resource coordination. Dynamically generated response plans will reduce the operator workload and improve efficiency in managing traffic.
