The contractor shall remove damaged & worn beyond industry standard tolerances. Water pump, mounting plate / flywheel housing & clutches will be replaced and associated parts to ensure proper fitment and operation. All parts replaced must be new and not refurbished.

The West Virginia Army National Guard is issuing this Sources Sought Synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Child Development Center Support Services. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
