The finished size should measure approximately 8.5” x 11”.

The Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, regional, state,local laws, and normal industry standards, practices, specifications and/or guides.

The work covered includes, but is not limited to, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Preventive Maintenance Guides. All non-emergency maintenance work must be performed outside normal operating hours. The Contractor shall be responsible for all work being performed and testing all equipment and shall be on call to respond to any elevator service call that may arise 24 hours a day. Services shall be provided in accordance with the Statement of Work.

Bid Alternates: Installation, Configuration, and Training Services JCISD – Technology 4 o Vendor must also include a quick “How to” guide for how to complete normal system tasks for the end users to follow, such as but not limited to setting bell schedule, making a page from both phone system and by the backup microphone, changing bell tones, setting custom tones, etc.
