Renovate and upgrade finishes for CLC hallways, patient rooms, and bathrooms (approximately 38,000 GSF) and includes: floors, walls, doors, door jambs, sinks, toilets, shower head and handrails, mirrors, curtains, wall fixtures/wall lights, thermostats, artwork, communication boards, shelving, and ceilings vents. Use existing fixtures as necessary. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 M.

This project known as Halls and Walls Renovation shall include removal and replacement of all ceiling tile and light fixtures, removal of wall paper, prepare and paint walls, removal and replacement of handrails and wall protection, removal and replacement of cove base and flooring. The magnitude of this construction project is estimated between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.

The South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) currently has a requirement for a project to Renovate CLC 2nd Floor (Halls and Walls). 36C257-23-B-0017 The project will include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision to perform the required work to Renovate CLC 2nd Floor (Halls and Walls) located at the Audie L.

Modification and/or replacement of all utility systems (lighting, electrical, telecommunications, fire alarm, ceiling ,wall and floor finishes). Modification and/or replacement to our mechanical (HVAC) and plumbing systems to accommodate the revised upgrade including a new room temperature control system directed towards our existing Siemens Desigo building automation and control systems.
