INTRODUCTION: This is the initial step in the planning process for Fido X4, handheld explosives trace detector.The 377 MSG/PKA at Kirtland Air Force Base seeks sources to provide the FLIR Fido X4 System Kit, FLIR Fido X4 Heavy User Package, and training for the FLIR Fido X4.377 MSG/PKA anticipates conducting a sole source acquisition for this effort.
