The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a non-competitive, sole source purchase order to Rapiscan/AS&E, 829 Middlesex Turnpike, Billerica, MA 01821, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c) – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for the purpose of procuring the Mini Z Handheld X-ray Backscatter Imaging System and Mini Z Operator Course, for the Redstone Security Unit (RSU).
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of three (3) X-Ray machines.

See attached RFQ 15F06720Q0000231 and "Deliverables". Award shall be made to the offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and most advantageous to the Government, feasibility and price considered.
