storage shall be in the same building and close proximity to the aircraft location and minimum hangar door height for offered space is 15 feet.
Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.The U.S. Government currently occupies office and hangar space in an on-airport facility under a lease in Morristown, NJ that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
