THIS IS NOT A PRE- SOLICITATION.The Alaska District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is conducting market research to facilitate a determination of acquisition strategy prior to releasing a solicitation for this anticipated project.

The project is within the city limits of Garden City adjacent to Salt Creek on US 17. The work consists of regrading an existing dirt parking area and paving the parking area. The park will be closed during the construction period. Erosion and sedimentation control plans are provided and must be implemented prior to and maintained during construction.
