The Town of Hartland is soliciting proposals from qualified bidders for a project on Garvin Hill Road and Grout Road involving ditching, berm removal, and placement of 7" erosion stone or 12" erosion stone, if possible, into 1500' of combined roadside ditch on Garvin Hill Road and Grout Road per the DEC's Municipal Roads General Permit Standards. There are 4 cross culvert replacements on Garvin Hill Road to 18"x30'.
