The contractor will be required to provide all labor, supervision, housing, material, and supplies necessary to provide emergency residential housing, treatment and supportive services through the HCHV program Contract Emergency Residential (CER)/Low Demand Safe Haven model. The Safe Haven serves as a specialty model and should be able to accommodate services for up to 40 homeless Veterans.
(v) The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for CT HCS Emergency CERS Bed Services for the West Haven, CT area. The contract will be written for a base year with four (4) option years. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for full requirement details.
