If an Executive Order to restrict water usage is issued during the term of this Agreement, the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) may choose to not enforce certain provisions of Exhibit A, specifically those referring to plant replacement. DMV will notify the contractor if any Executive Order is issued that could affect the provisions of this Agreement.
