The City is requesting proposals that provide the following: 1) update the City’s Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) and Annexes; 2) update the City’s Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (LHMP); 3) both EOP and LHMP. Each task should reflect a whole community approach and address the challenges, resources, and hazards in Pico Rivera.
The City of Stillwater is undertaking a selection process to find a well-qualified consultant to review, rewrite and provide an up-to-date hazard mitigation plan.
