Given the potential for PFAS to be a classified by the USEPA as a hazardous material, provide an explanation as to how this change in classification would affect the proposed methodology or supporting services, particularly associated with the transport of concentrated liquids or other waste and the associated impact on long-term O&M costs.
Avoidance: - Spill containment equipment and materials will be readily available should any releases occur. All hazardous materials and debris will be stored above the high tide line (HTL) and secured to prevent being blown offshore. All chemicals and petroleum products will be properly stored to prevent spills. Petroleum products, cement, chemicals, or other deleterious materials will not be allowed to enter surface waters.
