Contractor shall furnish all the labor, certified/registered professionals, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, containers, permits, transport vehicles, travel, incidentals, and facilities necessary to perform hazardous materials survey report services for Caltrans owned right of way residential and commercial structures and properties, as described herein.

A hazardous materials survey report prepared by Leidos, dated February 2021 as part of scope of work for the two buildings. SoftDig an underground utilities locating company has conducted utilities locating and has submitted a drawing with existing underground utility’s location to be utilized in the design documents for this project. The magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00.

As such, the mission of this building has been delayed until a Hazardous Materials Survey was conducted to determine the extent of ACM contamination.The objectives within this contract require the Contractor to perform asbestos abatement services for Building N200 of WSMR such that several types of ACM are removed including disposal in order to certify the building clean of ACM.
