The City of Oxnard Public Works, Environmental Resources Division seeks Bidders to provide the services necessary to operate a Permanent Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility (“PHHWCF”) and CESQG Program for the City at the Bidder’s facility. Additional services shall include operating Temporary Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facilities at locations designated by the City.

The awarded Contractor will require special skills, technical knowledge, and experience in the collection, packaging, storage, recycling, transportation, treatment, and disposal of hazardous waste, with particular emphasis in the area of managing household and CESQG hazardous waste collection programs.
