Opportunity Summary The State of Oregon acting by and through the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW), is seeking a contractor to provide upon request by the agency, an initial certification 24-hour HAZWOPER training anticipated annually and provide up to six annual 8-hour refresher sessions annually, dispersed throughout Oregon during the months of March, May and December respectively.
In addition, ODFW is seeking a Contractor to provide upon request by the agency up to six annual 8-hour HAZWOPER refresher sessions. Annual refresher sessions may occur in-person at dispersed ODFW locations and/or conducted virtually to ODFW staff through coordination with the ODFW Safety Office with use of ODFW virtual programs. Virtual sessions can be hosted from the ODFW Headquarters office in Salam.

At a minimum, there should be one project manager with a 4-year degree in Environmental, Chemical, or related Engineering degree with HAZWOPER Training and Certification, and 8 years of experience. All field/site technicians shall provide proof of current and/or refresher HAZWOPER Training and Certification, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
