Objective/Milestone: The goal of the HCHV program is to end homelessness amongst Kansas City and Leavenworth VA Medical Centers Veterans population by enhancing current homeless service capacity. The intent of this contract is to engage a community provider to offer homeless Veterans services through the Low Demand Safe Haven program. Services will be provided 24/7 to homeless Veterans.
