The contractor(s) will be responsible for providing clinical services to the Vermont Department of Corrections Wellness & Resiliency Program, which includes the following responsibilities: • Assure that continuing education includes trauma informed care. • Maintain Licensed Mental Health Clinician status with the state of Vermont. • Provide monthly activity report to Director of the Wellness & Resiliency Program.

Forest health treatments within the remaining two sites, totaling 187-acres, will not result in any merchantable timber. For these areas and wherever prescribed fire will be used, project implementation will occur through Midpen’s certified Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Wildland Fire Resiliency Program (WFRP). The project will be implemented in two phases, as described in the Scope of Work.

The Contractor will provide the following written reports to the State including assessments of learning outcomes for Peer Support members at a schedule determined by the State: 1) Recommendations for recruiting and supporting clinical oversite. 2) Recommendations for maintenance and support of Peer Support Team. 3) Recommendations for organizational plan in CISM and GRIN and incident review as it pertains to health and wellness. 4) Recommendations
