ARPA-H's mission is to accelerate better health outcomes for all Americans. This BAA, “Scaling Health Applications Research for Everyone (SHARE),” seeks to capitalize on and expand existing government R&D investments. Those innovations are often, but not limited to, those developed by the Department of Defense (DoD).

The expert is required to provide content expertise, labor, and materials to perform the specialized services needed to for this project, including the following: Provide expertise in the mobile health applications. Provide project direction, training, and evaluation per project objectives. Updating functions and creating mobile health application routes on a weekly basis.
