  Description This Request for Proposals is published to solicit proposals for the development and operation of a Behavioral Health Crisis Treatment Center or a Mobile Crisis Response Team and apartments for the provision of crisis treatment services to minors (from birth through age seventeen (17)) and/or adults in areas of the State that are currently underserved for such services.

Through the release of this request for proposals the County seeks vendors to provide crisis treatment services that support the following goals: Avoid unnecessary law enforcement and emergency medical services involvement during a behavioral health crisis Avoid unnecessary incarceration of individuals during a behavioral health crisis Avoid unnecessary use of emergency departments during a behavioral health crisis Deescalate crisis before it intensifies
